DTN Closing Livestock Comment 09/18 16:02 Weaker Tones Follow Livestock Through Monday's End Heading into Tuesday's market livestock fans are hopeful that better interest finds their complex. ShayLe Stewart DTN Livestock Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: It was a doggish Monday for the livestock complex as all three of the markets closed lower. Hog prices closed higher on the Daily Direct Afternoon Hog Report, up $0.33 with a weighted average price of $77.86 on 7,717 head. December corn is down 4 3/4 cents per bushel and December soybean meal is down $4.20. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 6.06 points.
