DTN Early Word Grains 07/02 05:48 U.S. Row Crop Prices Higher Early Tuesday as Rain Returns to the Northwestern Corn Belt December corn was up 2 1/2 cents, November soybeans were up 7 cents and September KC wheat was down 6 cents. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn was up 2 1/2 cents, November soybeans were up 7 cents and September KC wheat was down 6 cents. CME GLOBEX RECAP: Early Tuesday, there are no significant reports on the docket, but weather continues to get attention after rains fell from Nebraska and the Dakotas to Iowa and Wisconsin overnight into early Tuesday. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Monday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 50.66 at 39,169.52 and the S&P 500 Index up 14.61 at 5,475.09. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 4.48%. Early Tuesday, September Dow Jones futures are down 121 points. European markets are lower with the spot futures of the London FTSE 100 trading down 0.32%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading down 1.03% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading down 0.57%. Asian markets are higher with Japan's Nikkei 225 index up 1.12% and China's Shanghai Composite Index up 0.08%.
