DTN Closing Grain Comments 07/11 13:51 Crop Prices Turn Higher Thursday, Helped by Bargain Hunting, Lower US Dollar December corn closed up 3 1/2 cents and November soybeans were up 3/4 cent, getting small help from bargain hunters taking advantage of prices near their lowest levels in over three and a half years. September contracts of all three wheats were also higher, given a partial boost by a lower U.S. dollar after consumer prices in June were reported slightly lower on the month. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: September corn closed up 4 1/2 cents and December corn was up 3 1/2 cents. August soybeans closed up 3 3/4 cents and November soybeans were up 3/4 cent. September KC wheat closed up 18 1/4 cents, September Chicago wheat was up 9 3/4 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was up 7 3/4 cents.
