DTN Closing Grain Comments 02/10 13:46 Row Crops Restrained Ahead of Tuesday's WASDE Report March corn ended down 1 3/4 cents and March soybeans were up 2 1/4 cents, neither venturing too far from Friday's close in front of Tuesday's WASDE report.
