DTN Closing Grain Comments 08/19 14:12 Grains Mixed With Chances For Rain Ahead One day after making a new, 2-year low, the September U.S. Dollar Index rallied back with mixed effects on commodities in general. December KC wheat was up 7 1/2 cents Wednesday with concerns about the chances for dry planting conditions.
